The cement strength exciting agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 12-25 parts of a seed crystal accelerant, 3-6 parts of a polyhydric alcohol amine compound, 36-52 parts of cement kiln bypass vent ash and 45-70 parts of modified lithium slag, the preparation method of the modified lithium slag comprises the following steps: drying lithium slag at the temperature of 100-110 DEG C, fully mixing the dried lithium slag with 20-30wt% of an aqueous solution of polyhydric alcohol amine, aging for 1-2 hours, and finally drying and dehydrating at the temperature of 45-60 DEG C to obtain the modified lithium slag. Starting from the cement hydration characteristic, the invention greatly promotes the dissolution of ions in the early hydration process of cement, reduces the nucleation barrier of a hydration product to promote nucleation, continuously releases substances for promoting cement hydration, and improves the compactness of the cement hydration product, thereby enhancing the cement hydration rate and degree, having a significant excitation effect on the strength of the cement at each age, and having a good application prospect. Meanwhile, industrial waste residues are effectively utilized, and the preparation method is simple.
本发明公开了一种水泥强度激发剂及其制备方法和应用,组分按质量份数计如下:晶种促进剂12份~25份,多元醇胺化合物A3份~6份,水泥窑旁路放风灰36份~52份,改性锂渣45份~70份;所述改性锂渣的制备方法包括将锂渣于100~110℃下烘干,将烘干后的锂渣与20~30wt%多元醇胺的水溶液充分混合陈化1~2h,最后在45~60℃下烘干脱水得到改性锂渣;本发明从水泥水化特点出发,大幅促进水泥早期水化过程中离子的溶出,降低水化产物成核势垒促进成核,持续释放出促进水泥水化的物质,提升水泥水化产物致密性,从而提升水泥水化速率和程度,对水泥各龄期强度具有显著的激发作用,同时有效利用工业废渣,制备方法简单。
