According to the asphalt regeneration drum and the drying method, the material-lifting blades are capable of lifting a large amount of material to form a good material curtain, the rotary blades are capable of automatically turning over during the movement process of the drum, and the material-lifting blades obviously improve the heat exchange capacity of the drum, thereby ensuring the quality of heated regenerated materials and reducing tail gas temperature and production cost.
