The asphalt regeneration drum comprises a drum and the material-lifting blades, wherein the material-lifting blades comprise a curved-surface material-lifting blade group fixed on the inner wall of the drum and a rotary blade group correspondingly arranged on the curved-surface material-lifting blade group; the curved-surface material-lifting blade group comprises a plurality of curved-surface material-lifting blades which are arranged along the axial direction of the drum; the rotary blade group is rotatably arranged in the gaps between the adjacent curved-surface material-lifting blades; the rotary blade group turns over in the gaps between the adjacent curved-surface material-lifting blades with the rotation of the drum. According to the asphalt regeneration drum and the drying method, the material-lifting blades are capable of lifting a large amount of material to form a good material curtain, the rotary blades are capable of automatically turning over during the movement process of the drum, and the material-lifting blades obviously improve the heat exchange capacity of the drum, thereby ensuring the quality of heated regenerated materials and reducing tail gas temperature and production cost.
