Asphalt regenerating rotary drum with combined cleaning blades and cleaning method
The invention relates to the technical field of stirring equipment, in particular to an asphalt regenerating rotary drum with combined cleaning blades, which is prevented from being stuck with a material and has a good material curtain, and a cleaning method. The asphalt regenerating rotary drum comprises a rotary drum body, and further comprises a plurality of material curtain forming blades and cleaning blades which are alternately arranged in the rotary drum body, wherein the material curtain forming blades comprise strip-type rake teeth, fixing seats and chain type assemblies; the strip-type rake teeth extend along the axial direction of the rotary drum body; one side edge of each strip-type rake tooth is mounted on the inner wall of the rotary drum body through two fixing seats, and the other side edge of each strip-type rake tooth is bent towards the inner wall of the rotary drum body; the two ends of each chain type assembly are locked on the fixing seats; the cleaning blades are flexible assemblies extending along the axial direction of the rotary drum body; the flexible assemblies have certain amplitude of swing along with the rotation of the rotary drum body. By the cleaning blades for cleaning the drum body and the material curtain forming blades for guaranteeing the material curtain, the cleaning effect is obvious; the heat exchange capacity of the rotary drum and the regenerated material heating quality are guaranteed, and the maintenance cost of a client is greatly reduced.
