The invention provides a full pre-stressing precast concrete solid square pile. The full pre-stressing precast concrete solid square pile comprises main ribs, stirrups, a pile cap and concrete; a main body of the cross section of a pile body is in a square shape; the main ribs which are pre-stressing main ribs penetrate the pile body along the direction of the longitudinal axis of the pile body; the outer edge of the main ribs are provided with the stirrups, wherein every stirrup is in spiral square shape; the main ribs are distributed in four corners and at four edges of the square stirrups and connected with the stirrups in a welding or binding mode to form a steel reinforcement cage; two ends of the main ribs are fixed on an end plate in a riveting or bolt connection mode; the pile cap is formed by the end plate and a rim through welding; the shape of the end plate is as same as the shape of the cross section of the pile body; the rim wraps the pile body; the end plate is provided with a main rib anchoring hole or a counter bored hole; the end plate is also provided with a tensioning hole which is corresponding to the pre-stressing main ribs; pre-stressing steel bars are preferably selected to serve as the pre-stressing main ribs. According to the full pre-stressing precast concrete solid square pile, the tension bearing capacity and the shear bearing capacity of the pile body are improved and the pile extension is easy. According to a production method of the full pre-stressing precast concrete solid square pile, the industrialized assembly line production is implemented, the production efficiency is improved by dozens of times, and the great technological progress is achieved.
