The invention discloses a full-hydraulic static-pressure dual-pipe composite expanded bore pile machine and a construction method thereof. The full-hydraulic static-pressure dual-pipe composite expanded bore pile machine comprises a pile clamping system and a composite dual-pipe which is lifted in the pile clamping system, the composite dual-pipe comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe sleeves the inner part of the outer pipe and the upper parts of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are fixed by a connecting device; the pile clamping system consists of an upper pile clamping box and a lower pile clamping box, an effective travel between the upper and lower pile clamping box is 3-5m, and the outer pipe is clamped by the lower pile clamping box and the upper pile clamping box can clamp the outer pipe and clamp the inner pipe to form a base expansion effect by using inner pipe pressure. Or, the pile clamping system comprises a lower pile clamping box, the upper part of the lower pile clamping box is provided with a clamping pipe support of which the clear height is 2m and the pile pressing travel is 3-4m, the clamping pipe support is provided with a top pressing cross beam system, the inner pipe is pressed above the inner pipe by the top pressing cross beam system, and the inner pipe is reversely pressed above the inner pipe by the top pressing cross beam system to form a base expansion effect. The full-hydraulic static-pressure dual-pipe composite expanded bore pile machine provided by the invention and the construction method are construction machinery and a construction technology which are free from vibration, noise and pollution.
