The invention discloses a construction method for guaranteeing thickness quality of a coating waterproof layer. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning a base layer: treatment of fine part node; 2) constructing a first waterproof layer by a special coating of primer; 3) constructing a second waterproof layer and constructing by using the special coating of which color is different from the primer of the first waterproof layer; 4) constructing the third waterproof layer by using the special coating of which color is different from the primer of the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer; 5) water accumulation test->galling protection layer.
