The invention provides a dry hanging connecting structure of a precast outer wallboard and a precast beam and a construction method of the dry hanging connecting structure. The dry hanging connecting structure comprises an embedded iron box which is embedded into the precast outer wallboard, and an embedded sleeve which is embedded into the precast beam. The method comprises the steps of 1) producing and manufacturing the embedded iron box; 2) producing and manufacturing the embedded sleeve; 3) producing and manufacturing the precast outer wallboard and embedding into the precast outer wallboard in a factory; 4) producing and manufacturing the precast beam and embedding into the precast beam in the factory; 5) constructing an outer decorating surface on the precast outer wallboard in the factory; 6) assembling and constructing the building body; 7) hoisting the precast outer wallboard; 8) adjusting the height and the left and right precision of the precast outer wallboard, and controlling the width of seams of the outer wallboard; 9) embedding a steel plate and mounting a limiting angle steel assembly between the precast outer wallboard, the precast beam and a precast floor, additionally arranging waterproofing parts, and finishing the work after dry hanging of the precast outer wallboard. According to the method, the outer decorating surface of the precast outer wallboard can be conveniently performed in the factory; the overhead work can be saved; the safety is ensured; the efficiency is high; the precision is high; the waterproofing performance is good.
