A dry-hanging connecting structure of a precast outer wall panel and a shear wall and a construction method of the same comprise a pre-embedded iron box which is pre-embedded in the precast outer wall panel and a pre-embedded sleeve which is pre-embedded in the shear wall. The construction steps are that (1) the pre-embedded iron box is produced and manufactured; (2) the pre-embedded sleeve is produced and manufactured; (3) the precast outer wall panel is produced and manufactured by a plant, and the pre-embedded iron box is pre-embedded in the precast outer wall panel; (4) a building main body is constructed, the shear wall is produced and manufactured, and the pre-embedded sleeve is pre-embedded in the shear wall; (5) veneer construction is completed on the precast outer wall panel in the plant; (6) assembly construction is carried out to the building main body; (7) the precast outer wall body is hoisted; (8) height and left-right accuracy of the precast outer wall panel are adjusted, and panel joint width of the outer wall panel is controlled; and (9) a steel plate is pre-embedded, a limiting angle iron assembly is installed, and operations after dry hanging of the precast outer wall panel are completed. The dry-hanging connecting structure of the precast outer wall panel and the shear wall and the construction method of the same provided by the invention are beneficial for earthquake prevention and omit aerial operations, wherein the externally hung precast outer wall panel and the building main body are constructed separately, the operations are safe, efficient and highly accurate, and waterproof performance is good.
