The invention mainly discloses a water-proof composite floor which comprises a floor main body layer, wherein a superficial layer with lines is disposed above the floor main body layer, a paint layer is disposed above the superficial layer, the floor main body layer is a PVC plastic layer, a tenon tongue and a mortise groove which has a shape matched with the tenon tongue are disposed respectively on two installation side faces of the floor main body layer, the tenon tongue of one of the floors among the two adjacent floors is spliced with the mortise groove of the other floor, superficial texture is good, and water-proof performances are very outstanding.
