The present invention relates to a waterproof wooden floor material with a new structure capable of having high reliability of a product by having excellent properties, such as waterproofing and scratch-resistance, and providing an economical effect of reducing construction costs by being easily constructed. According to the present invention, the waterproof wooden floor material comprises: a wood foamed base material (100) manufactured by performing foam-formation on a mixture in which wood powder or wood fiber is mixed with a resin; a dimension stabilization layer (200) formed by coating an upper surface of the wood foamed base material (100) with a stabilization coating agent including polyolefin-based resin; a printed pattern layer (300) formed by attaching a decoration sheet to an upper surface of the dimension stabilization layer (200); a waterproofing layer (400) formed by attaching a waterproofing film to an upper surface of the printed pattern layer (300); and a top coating layer (500) formed by coating an upper surface of the waterproofing layer (400) with a finish coating agent.
본 발명은 방수성 및 내스크랫치성 등의 물성이 우수하여 제품의 신뢰도가 높으며, 시공도 용이하여 시공비용이 절감되는 경제적인 효과도 기대할 수 있는 새로운 구성의 방수 우드마루판재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 목분 또는 목재섬유와 수지가 혼합된 성형혼합물을 발포성형하여 제조된 목재발포기재(100); 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 안정화코팅제를 상기 목재발포기재(100)의 상면에 코팅하여 형성되는 치수안정화층(200); 데코시트를 상기 치수안정화층(200)의 상면에 부착하여 형성되는 인쇄무늬층(300); 상기 인쇄무늬층(300)의 상면에 방수성필름을 부착하여 형성되는 방수층(400); 및 상기 방수층(400)의 상면에 마감코팅제를 코팅하여 형성되는 탑코팅층(500);을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 우드마루판재가 제공된다.
