The present invention discloses a low intrinsic sintering temperature microwave dielectric ceramic with the chemical composition expressing formula as xCaO-y(mCuO-nMnO2)-z(pMoO3-qTiO2), and the mole percentage content of each component is as follows: 7mol%<=x<=12.1mol%, 35.5mol%<=y<=52.5mol%, 47.5mol%<=z<=56.7mol%, x+y+z=100mol%, m+n=1, p+q=1. Raw materials used in the product are free of Pb, Bi, Cd and other components damaging human health and polluting the environment, widely sourced, and cheap; the sintering temperature of the obtained microwave dielectric ceramic is 900-1050 DEG C, meanwhile the obtained microwave dielectric ceramic has high dielectric constant, high Qf value and low resonant frequency temperature coefficient, and is suitable for preparation of resonators, filters, oscillators and capacitors and other microwave components in the systems in mobile communications, satellite communications and the like.
