The invention provides a high-strength interlocked and combined environment-friendly ground brick, which comprises a regular octagon prism and a regular quadrilateral prism, wherein the regular quadrilateral prism is arranged on the top surface of the regular octagon prism; the center axis of the regular quadrilateral prism overlaps with the center axis of the regular octagon prism; four sides of the regular quadrilateral prism are parallel to the four sides of the regular octagon prism; a clamping ridge and a clamping groove are formed in the top surface of the regular octagon prism; and the convex shape of the clamping ridge and the concave shape of the clamping groove are in buckle coordination. The invention further provides a fixed building. The fixed building has the beneficial effects that high-strength interlocked and combined environment-friendly ground bricks can be subjected to high-strength interlocking through the clamping ridges and the clamping grooves to be combined into an overall building; and sharing and delivering of pressure are realized.
