The invention provides a regular hexagonal high-strength interlocked combined-type environment-friendly pavement brick. The brick comprises a regular hexagonal prism and a rhombic prism; the rhombic prism is arranged on the top surface of the regular hexagonal prism; the central axes of the regular hexagonal prism and rhombic prism are overlapped; four lateral surfaces of the rhombic prism are parallel to four lateral surfaces of the regular hexagonal prism; the top surface of the regular hexagonal prism is provided with snap-connection grooves, which are arranged between the parallel lateral surfaces of the regular hexagonal prism and the rhombic prism, and the snap-connection grooves are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the central axis of the regular hexagonal prism, wherein the angle between two neighbored snap-connection grooves is 90 degrees. The invention further provides a fixed building. The provided pavement brick has the advantages that the bricks can be interlocked and supported with each other, the pressure is divided, the overall strength of the pavement made of the provided pavement bricks is high, and the pavement brick is environment-friendly.
