The invention discloses an inclined prestress cement concrete-asphalt concrete composite pavement and a construction method thereof. The composite pavement comprises an inclined prestress cement concrete layer arranged on a base layer, wherein an asphalt concrete layer is arranged on the inclined prestress cement concrete layer; and a bonding layer is arranged between the inclined prestress cement concrete layer and the asphalt concrete layer. The composite pavement is suitable for being paved on a heavy-loaded traffic road; and the surface layer uses asphalt concrete, so that the pavement comfort is improved, the vehicle driving noise is lowered, and the irritation of light rays to the vision of drivers in the vehicle driving process can be weakened. In addition, the strength of a cement concrete slab is improved, the road service life is prolonged, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the average cost per year in the whole service life is reduced compared with other pavements.
