Anti-cracking oblique prestress municipal concrete pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to an anti-cracking oblique prestress municipal concrete pavement structure and a construction method thereof.The pavement structure comprises a base layer, a concrete layer, a waterproof layer and an asphalt layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and prestressed steel bars are arranged in the concrete layer; a plurality of anti-cracking grooves extending downwards are formed in the upper surface of the asphalt layer, and the anti-cracking grooves are parallel to one another and arranged at intervals. The waterproof layer is laid on the concrete layer, so that rainwater is prevented from directly permeating into the concrete layer and the lower portion of the concrete layer to soften soil. The asphalt layer is laid on the waterproof layer, and the asphalt layer is directly used as a contact surface for passing of vehicles, so that the bearing and anti-cracking effects can be achieved, and long-term rolling compaction of heavy-load vehicles can be borne. Particularly, a plurality of anti-cracking grooves are formed in the asphalt layer and provide reserved spaces for the surface of the asphalt layer, so that when the asphalt layer generates volume change due to temperature, cracking caused by volume change of the asphalt layer is reduced, and the anti-cracking effect of the pavement structure is further improved.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体为一种防开裂的斜向预应力市政混凝土路面结构及其施工方法,路面结构包括自下而上依次设置的基层、混凝土层、防水层和沥青层,所述混凝土层内设有预应力钢筋;所述沥青层的上表面开设有多条向下延伸的防裂槽,多条所述防裂槽相互平行且间隔设置。在混凝土层上铺设防水层,避免雨水直接渗透进混凝土层及其下方将土质软化。在防水层的上方铺设沥青层,沥青层直接作为车辆通行的接触面,可起到承重抗裂的作用,可承受重载车辆的长期碾压。特别是在沥青层上开设有多个防裂槽,防裂槽为沥青层表面提供预留空间,当沥青层因温度产生体积变化时,减少沥青层体积变化产生的开裂,进一步提高路面结构的防开裂效果。
