Construction method for deeply burying anchor
The invention discloses a construction method for deeply burying an anchor. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mounting a bamboo plywood template matched with the shape of a designed anchor hole at a reserved anchor hole position, and fixing the bamboo plywood template to an outer template; (2) filling the bamboo plywood template with geotextile so as to prevent the template from deforming and prevent slurry flowing in the anchor hole when pouring concrete; (3) pouring concrete on the outer side of the bamboo plywood template; (4) dismantling the geotextile and the bamboo plywood template when the strength of the concrete poured on the outer side of the bamboo plywood template reaches 100%;, and tensioning prestressed steel (5) after completing prestressed steel tensioning, sealing the anchor hole by adopting a steel template, and forming a grouting opening in the steel template; (6) sending self-leveling mortar in the anchor hole through the grouting opening by adopting a plastic hose, beating the steel template with a stick so as to enable the self-leveling mortar to be compact, and dismantling the steel template when the strength of the self-leveling mortar meets design requirements. Through the adoption of the construction method disclosed by the invention, the cost is reduced, and the manufacturing period is shortened.
