The invention provides a sound absorption brick with a novel structure. The sound absorption brick comprises a pressure-bearing part (3) and a sound absorption part (4) which is matched with the pressure-bearing part (3) positioned at a noise side, wherein the pressure-bearing part (3) is a U-shaped structure or an E-shaped structure with opening facing upwards; the sound absorption part (4) is a sound absorption structure which is filled in a cavity of the pressure-bearing part (3) and formed with a sound absorption structure with a certain thickness at the noise side; and at least one stop structure is arranged on a part, which is in contact with the sound absorption part, on the pressure-bearing part. The invention further provides a special mould and a preparation method for the sound absorption brick. The preparation method is simple to operate and liable to industrial production.
