The invention discloses a concrete pipe pile production construction method which comprises the steps of performing drilling and hole cleaning, performing filling of permeating solution, performing vibration for 12-24 h; performing hole cleaning once again and placing a reinforcement cage and concrete. The permeating solution is composed of, by weight, 150-180 parts of cement, 110-130 parts of fly ash, 170-200 parts of slag powder, 20-30 parts of diatomaceous earth, 500-600 parts of water, 15-25 parts of acrylic emulsion and 15-35 parts of lignosulfonate. The concrete pipe pile production construction method has the advantages of good pile forming quality, quick construction speed and easiness in control of the construction process.
