The invention relates to a high-pressure grouting bag type expansion anchor bolt with a sleeve valve tube. The high-pressure grouting bag type expansion anchor bolt comprises an anchor bolt rib, a sealing bag, the sleeve valve tube, a grouting gun, an isolated supporting frame, an anchorage device and a guide head. The anchor bolt rib is fixedly connected with the guide head. The sleeve valve tube is arranged inside the anchor bolt rib. The grouting gun can be inserted into the sleeve valve tube. Grouting holes are formed in the sleeve valve tube at intervals of 0.5-1 m in the rod length direction within the range of an anchorage section, and the grouting holes are sleeved with rubber sleeves. The anchorage section of the anchor bolt is sleeved with the sealing bag. The high-pressure grouting bag type expansion anchor bolt with the sleeve valve tube can be used for rock and soil anchoring of deep foundation pits, side slopes, dams and underground engineering under complicated geological conditions of various types of running ground, confined water and karst.
