The invention discloses an anti-steal well curb, comprising an outer well curb arranged on an inspection well and an inner well curb arranged on the outer well curb; an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the outer well curb, a downwards concave round groove is formed in the middle of the inner well curb; four containing slots arrayed around the round groove are formed in the inner well curb, and locating clips are arranged in the containing slots; each locating clip is L-shaped, one end of each locating card is connected to the wall of the annular groove of the outer well curb by a spring, and a barb groove is formed in one side of the other end of each locating card. By utilizing the anti-steal well curb, the well curb is effectively prevented from being stolen.
