The invention discloses an anti-theft well curb. The anti-theft well curb comprises an outer well curb body and an inner well curb body, wherein the outer well curb body is installed on an inspection well, and the inner well curb body is installed on the outer well curb body. An annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the outer well curb body, a downwards-concave round pit is formed in the middle of the inner well curb body, four storage grooves arrayed along the round pit are formed in the inner well curb body, and positioning clamps are arranged inside the storage grooves and are in an L type. One end of each positioning clamp is hinged inside the corresponding storage groove through a hinge, and a magnet is arranged at an opening of the other free end of each positioning clamp. The well curb can be effectively prevented from being stolen.
