The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a well curb prevented from being frozen. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that according to a Z-type structure of an outer well curb body, a steel bar skeleton is constructed and arranged inside an outer well curb die; 50-80 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of lime, 8-20 parts of wollastonite, one part of water-binder-ratio material and 25-50 parts of gravel are mixed and stirred to form a concrete mixture, the concrete mixture is added into the outer well curb die, and then outer well curb forming is performed; an inner well curb body and a well cover are formed by gray cast iron blanks in a turned mode, and an annular groove is formed in the bottom of the circumferential face of the inner well curb body in a boring mode through a boring cutter; a scraping edge is fixed to the end face of the inner well curb body in a welded mode. The well curb is effectively prevented from being frozen in winter by the adoption of the manufacturing method.
