The invention discloses an energy-saving explosion-proof plate material for a building. The energy-saving explosion-proof plate material comprises an outer layer protection plate consists of a steel plate, wherein a plurality of reinforcing rib plates are fixed in the outer layer protection plate, and the reinforcing rib plates separate a clamped region between the outer layer protection plate into a plurality of cavities which are filled with silicon dioxide aerogel layers in which straws are also mixed. According to the energy-saving explosion-proof plate material for building, provided by the invention, silicon dioxide aerogel is adopted to form thermal insulation layers to be stuffed in cavities formed by the outer layer protection plate and the reinforcing rib plates, the silicon dioxide aerogel layers have the characteristics of good heat insulating effect, light weight, high intensity, good explosion protection and good flame retardancy, so that a composite heat insulation plate prepared from the energy-saving explosion-proof plate material has favorable heat insulation effect, favorable explosion protection effect and favorable flame retardancy property; besides, the straws are mixed in the energy-saving explosion-proof plate material, so that the heat insulation property is further improved, and the cost is reduced; the outer layer protection plate and the reinforcing rib plates form the cavities, so that the structure of the whole plate material is stabler.
