The invention discloses a preparation process of a nano inorganic ceramic energy-saving explosion-proof membrane. The preparation process comprises the following steps: step 1, coating a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) base membrane with a ceramic layer composition; 2, irradiating and curing the ceramic layer by adopting UV light; step 3, pasting a layer of new PET base film on the surface of the cured ceramic layer; 4, repeating the step 1 and the step 2 to obtain the required number of ceramic layers; and 5, pasting a protective film on the surface of the last ceramic layer. According to the preparation process of the nano inorganic ceramic energy-saving explosion-proof membrane, ceramic layers with different optical properties can be obtained by combining and proportioning different ceramic layer compositions, the functionality of the explosion-proof membrane is increased while the basic functions of the explosion-proof membrane are ensured, the energy-saving property of the explosion-proof membrane is increased, and the application range of the explosion-proof membrane is expanded.
