Energy-saving noise reduction board
The invention discloses an energy-saving noise reduction board. The energy-saving noise reduction board comprises outer-layer protective boards consisting of foamed aluminum boards, wherein a plurality of reinforcing rib plates are fixed in the outer-layer protective boards, and are used for dividing an area clamped between the outer-layer protective boards into a plurality of cavities; the cavities are filled with silicon dioxide aerogel layers; and straws are further mixed in the silicon dioxide aerogel layers. According to the energy-saving noise reduction board disclosed by the invention, silicon dioxide aerogel forms insulation layers which are filled into the cavities formed by the outer-layer protective boards and the reinforcing rib plates, the silicon dioxide aerogel layers have relatively good insulation effect, and the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good explosion prevention and flame resistance, and are further mixed with straws, so that the insulation performance is further improved and the cost is reduced; and the foamed aluminum boards are small in density, high in capacity of absorbing impact, resistant to a high temperature, strong in fireproof performance, resistant to corrosion, soundproof and noise-reducing, low in thermal conductivity, high in electromagnetic shielding performance, provided with filter capacity, easy to process and mount, high in forming precision and capable of carrying out surface coating.
