The invention provides a stereo parking lot, which comprises lifting equipment, a garage and grasping equipment, wherein the garage comprises at least one turntable; parking spaces are arranged on each turntable; the parking spaces are arranged in the radial direction of each turntable; the facing direction of each parking space is parallel to the diameter of the turntable; each turntable is also connected with a rotating mechanism; the rotating mechanism is used for enabling each turntable to rotate around the center in a mutually independent way; the lifting equipment is arranged at the inner side or the outer side abutting the turntables, and can realize vertical ascending and descending; and the grasping equipment is used for transferring cars between the turntables and between the lifting equipment and the turntable which are positioned on the same horizontal plane. The stereo parking lot solves the problems of small safety coefficient, parking inconvenience and low parking speed of the parking lot.
