The invention relates to a preparation method of a special grinding body for a dry powder grinding mill. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) batching: mixed-grinding raw material powder to meet the process demand for granularity of 1-10 [mu]m; (2) slurrying: fully mixing the powder and a binder under the vacuum state with the vacuum degree of 0.1-0.01 atm; (3) molding: adopting the hot pressure casting and gel processes to realize blank forming; (4) glue discharging: removing the binder in blanks through heating up an adsorbent in a shuttle kiln, wherein the glue discharging temperature is 1000-1100 DEG C; (5) sintering: sintering the blanks in the shuttle kiln and a tunnel kiln at the temperature of 1450-1750 DEG C; (6) polishing: polishing to obtain the special grinding body for the dry powder grinding mill. The preparation method has the following benefits: (1), the process is simple, less equipment is required, one-time investment is low, the yield is high and production expansion is easy; (2) the application range is wide, and the special grinding body for the dry powder grinding mill, for grinding powder with the granularity of 5-120 nm, can be prepared; (3) in addition, the density is large, wear resistance is achieved and the chemical property is stable.
