The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machines, and discloses a ground fallen leaf collecting and briquetting vehicle. The vehicle comprises a collecting device, an adjusting mechanism, a pre-compressing device, a compressing and forming device, a cutting knife, a material collecting box and a chassis. During work, the adjusting mechanism controls the position of a fallen leaf suction plate and profiles the ground. Under the action of a draught fan, fallen leaves enter a separation chamber through a conveying hose and then fall above a rotary discharge valve; a certain quantity of fallen leaves fall into a pre-pressing feeding port through the rotary discharge valve; the fallen leaves in the pre-compressing device are conveyed, cut up, stirred and curled or kneaded into balls, and then pushed into the compressing and forming device after being pre-compressed and formed at high pressure; after the fallen leaves reach preset length, the fallen leaves are cut into high-density hollow cylindrical fallen leaf blocks through quick and reciprocating movement of a cutting knife and fall into the material collecting box, and combined work of continuous suction, collecting, pre-compressing, forming and compressing, cutting material collecting and ground fallen leaf high-density forming is achieved. The formed high-density fallen leaf blocks are convenient to convey and store, and recycling of resources is facilitated.
