The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery and discloses a vehicle for collecting and briquetting fallen leaves on a road. The vehicle is composed of a collecting device, a conveying belt, a pre-compression device, a compression and formation device, a cut-off tool, a material collection bin and an underpan, in the operation process of the vehicle, a V-shaped collecting platform advances, meanwhile, sweeping brushes at the two sides rotate continuously, so that the fallen leaves on the ground in front of the V-shaped collecting platform are cleaned and collected to the middle of the collecting platform, a kick-off wheel rotates continuously to push the fallen leaves collected to the middle of the V-shaped collecting platform to the conveying belt, the fallen leaves are conveyed to the pre-compression device which is located in the middle of the vehicle, the fallen leaves are conveyed, cut up, stirred and curled or rounded into balls in the pre-compression device, after the pre-compression is conducted, the fallen leaves are pushed into the compression and formation device for being subjected to high pressure compression and formation, after the preset length is reached, the cut-off tool performs rapid reciprocating motion and cuts off the fallen leaves into high-density hollow cylindrical fallen leaf blocks, and the fallen leaf blocks fall into the material collection bin. By means of the vehicle, the integrated operation including continuous cleaning, collecting, conveying, pre-compression, forming compression, cutting-off, material collection and high density formation of the road fallen leaves is achieved.
