The invention relates to a seamless steel tube construction method for a double-curvature arc-shaped roof. The construction method comprises the steps that a stereoscopic structure diagram of the double-curvature arc-shaped roof is drawn by utilizing a three-dimensional space simulation module, the interval and height of stand rods of a steel tube scaffold are located in advance, planar projection grid lines are generated, and the scaffold is erected at the grid line intersection points ejected on the ground; back arrises are arranged on transverse horizontal rods located at the top layer of the pre-bent scaffold, and bamboo plywood is laid on the back arrises to serve as a bottom formwork of the reinforced concrete roof; one ends of double-casing-pipe adjustable stand columns are welded to embedded steel plates, the embedded steel plates are welded to roof reinforcing meshes, the roof reinforcing meshes are bound, and concrete is poured; prefabricated seamless steel tube surface tubes are welded to the other ends of the double-casing-pipe adjustable stand columns, and then the installation of seamless steel tubes of the double-curvature arc-shaped roof is completed. According to the construction method, the scaffold, supports and the arc-shaped seamless steel tube surface tubes can be accurately located, the construction schedule is accelerated, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
