The invention relates to a grouting sleeve for connecting deformed steel bars. The grouting sleeve comprises a grouting sleeve body with a cavity and a threaded section arranged at one end of the grouting sleeve body; the other end of the grouting sleeve body is a steel bar insertion section; a grouting hole is formed in the steel bar insertion section of the grouting sleeve body; a vent hole is formed in a position, at one side of the threaded section, on the grouting sleeve body; the grouting sleeve body and the threaded section are arranged separately; the threaded section is connected with the grouting sleeve body in a hydraulic buckling manner; a plurality of projections are arranged on the inner wall of the grouting sleeve body; a plurality of grooves corresponding to the projections are formed in the outer wall of the grouting sleeve body. The grouting sleeve is characterized in that the threaded section and the grouting sleeve body are processed separately and assembled in a hydraulic buckling process rapidly and conveniently, the grouting sleeve body is processed in a cold-extruding manner, the projections on the inner wall of the grouting sleeve body can be well cemented with a grouting material, and the grooves formed in the outer walls of the grouting sleeve body are cemented with concrete, so as to further improve the cementation property of the grouting sleeve in vertical and transverse connection of concrete members.
