The invention discloses a semi-grouting sleeve used for connection of fabricated structural steel bars. The semi-grouting sleeve used for connection of the fabricated structural steel bars comprises to-be-connected steel bars, eccentric connecting pieces and a grouting sleeve body. Threads are arranged at the end of the upper to-be-connected steel bar, screw holes and threads are formed in the two ends of the eccentric connecting piece respectively, the screw holes close to the end of the upper to-be-connected steel bar are eccentric, the threads close to the grouting sleeve right face the center of the connecting piece and are opposite to the threads at the end of the upper to-be-connected steel bar in direction, a screw hole is formed in the center of the upper end of the grouting sleeve, and a grout inlet is formed in the lowermost end of the grouting sleeve. By installing the eccentric connecting piece, the situation that a grouting sleeve cannot be used under the condition of large eccentricity in actual construction is overcome, meanwhile, the directions of steel bar threads and eccentric connecting piece threads are opposite, and a self-locking effect is generated; in the grouting process, the screw hole in the upper portion of the grouting sleeve can serve as a grout opening and an observation hole, manufacturing is easy, and the overall connecting quality is improved.
