Novel top-down ring-beam reinforcement binding construction method
Disclosed is a novel top-down ring-beam reinforcement binding construction method. The method includes: 1), construction preparation; 2), reinforcement pattern grading and splitting; 3), reinforcement machining and identifying, namely splitting main reinforcement and waist reinforcement into two semicircles, and machining a hoop into two 'L'-shaped snap hoops; 4), bracket welding; 5), ring-beam inside reinforcement binding and welding; 6), ring-beam middle reinforcement binding and welding in layers from inside to outside in sequence; 7), ring-beam outside reinforcement binding and welding. With the construction method, a conventional construction method is modified, simplification is achieved, difficulty in construction is lowered, rapid machining and 'binding in situ' of the ring beam reinforcement are realized, and operability is high; by design of reinforcement brackets, technologies of reinforcement construction prior to formwork construction and simultaneous construction of the ring beam reinforcement and ring beam outside regional formworks are realized, overall construction process is greatly quickened, construction period is effectively shortened, loss due to effect-reduction slowdown, mechanical idling and the like is avoided, and economic effectiveness is more remarkable especially for projects in urban bustling business districts.
