The silent plane billiard mechanical lock comprises at least three dial discs which are arranged in a concentricity manner, a password disc, a number adjusting disc connected with a dial shaft and a rotating shaft connected with the dial discs, the password discs and the number adjusting disc. The silent plane billiard mechanical lock is simple in structure, the lengths of elastic bolt pins on the dial discs are the same, the depths of counterbore holes in the password disc are the same, and industrialized production is facilitated; meanwhile, compression springs are arranged on the dial discs at intervals, and the phenomenon that when the dial discs rotate, the adjacent dial discs are driven to rotate together is avoided; steel balls are arranged between the dial discs, the rotating flexibility of the dial discs is increased, and the fixation problem of the adjacent looped dial discs is solved; keys are not used additionally, and the risks that key holes are blocked are avoided; and meanwhile, according to the risks, a lock appliance connected with the dial discs is selected, the unlocking risk is further reduced, and the safety is increased.
