The invention discloses a subway platform screen door controller. The controller comprises a door control unit, a central interface disc, an in-place control box and a platform end control disc, wherein the door control unit is respectively communicated with the central interface disc, the in-place control box and the platform end control disc through Lonworks buses, can receive door opening/closing commands sent by the central interface disc, the platform end control disc and the in-place control box, and timely responds; when a subway platform screen door system is normally operated, and the central interface disc receives the door opening/closing commands, the door opening/closing commands are sent to the door control unit through unit controllers of platform screen doors at both sides, and the door control unit can respond to the door opening/closing commands; and when the in-place control box is located in an isolation gear and under the manual operation, the subway platform screen doors are deviated from a security loop, and maintainers are convenient to singly test and maintain the subway platform screen doors controlled by the in-place control box. The subway platform screen door controller is high in safety performance.
