The present invention relates to a head box for a subway platform screen door, which is placed on an upper portion of a pair of vertical frames, and comprises: a first support unit installed in an upper portion of a side wherein the vertical frames are mutually faced with each other; an upper frame wherein both ends are fixedly mounted on an upper end portion of the first support unit; a first reinforcing unit installed inside the upper frame; a plurality of connection units mounted on a lower end portion of the upper frame; a drive unit support installed in an inner side of a rear portion of the connection unit; a drive unit installed in the drive unit support; an opening and closing cover formed to open and close the drive unit to the outside; a gas damper promoting the opening and closing cover to be opened and closed; a lower frame mounted on a lower end portion of the connection unit; a second reinforcing unit installed inside the lower frame; a second support unit supporting the lower frame; a cover enabling the drive unit not to be exposed to the outside; and a locking unit locking the opening and closing cover.
본 발명은 한쌍의 수직프레임의 상부에 위치한 지하철 플렛폼 스크린도어의 헤드박스에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 수직프레임이 상호 마주하는 일측면 상부 각각에‘ㄱ’자 형태로 형성되어 설치되는 제1지지부; 상기 제1지지부의 상단부에‘┗┛’형태로 형성되어 양끝단이 안착 고정되는 상부프레임; 상기 상부프레임의 내부에‘H’형태로 형성되어 수용 설치되는 제1보강부; 상기 상부프레임의 하단부에 상부프레임 길이방향으로 다수 구비되는 연결부; 상기 연결부의 후방부 내측에‘’형태로 형성되어 설치되는 구동부지지대; 상기 구동부지지대에 설치되어 스크린도어를 슬라이딩 시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부를 외부에 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 상부프레임의 전단 상부에 판체 형태로 형성되어 힌지결합되고, 하단부에 다수의 가이드돌기가 후방측방향으로 연장형성되는 개폐커버; 상기 개폐커버의 내측에 일측부가 힌지결합되며, 타측부는 연결부에 힌지결합되어 개폐커버의 개폐를 도모하는 가스댐퍼; 상기 연결부의 하단부에 구비되고, 길이방향으로 상단부에 다수의 가이드홈이 형성되는 하부프레임; 상기 하부프레임의 내부에‘H’형태로 형성되어 수용 설치되는 제2보강부; 상기 하부프레임의 양끝단 하부 각각에 결합되는‘ㄱ’자 형태로 한쌍의 수직프레임이 상호 마주하는 일측면에 각각 고정되어 하부프레임을 지지하는 제2지지부; 상기 하부프레임의 하단부와 연결부의 후방측 각각에 설치되어 구동부를 외부에 노출되지 않게 하는 커버; 상기 하부프레임의 하단부에 설치되는 커버에 구비되어 개폐커버를 잠금시키는 잠금부;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 한쌍의 수직프레임의 상부에 위치한 지하철 플렛폼 스크린도어의 헤드박스에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 수직프레임이 상호 마주하는 일측면 상부 각각에‘ㄱ’자 형태로 형성되어 설치되는 제1지지부; 상기 제1지지부의 상단부에‘┗┛’형태로 형성되어 양끝단이 안착 고정되는 상부프레임; 상기 상부프레임의 내부에‘H’형태로 형성되어 수용 설치되는 제1보강부; 상기 상부프레임의 하단부에 상부프레임 길이방향으로 다수 구비되는 연결부; 상기 연결부의 후방부 내측에‘’형태로 형성되어 설치되는 구동부지지대; 상기 구동부지지대에 설치되어 스크린도어를 슬라이딩 시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부를 외부에 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 상부프레임의 전단 상부에 판체 형태로 형성되어 힌지결합되고, 하단부에 다수의 가이드돌기가 후방측방향으로 연장형성되는 개폐커버; 상기 개폐커버의 내측에 일측부가 힌지결합되며, 타측부는 연결부에 힌지결합되어 개폐커버의 개폐를 도모하는 가스댐퍼; 상기 연결부의 하단부에 구비되고, 길이방향으로 상단부에 다수의 가이드홈이 형성되는 하부프레임; 상기 하부프레임의 내부에‘H’형태로 형성되어 수용 설치되는 제2보강부; 상기 하부프레임의 양끝단 하부 각각에 결합되는‘ㄱ’자 형태로 한쌍의 수직프레임이 상호 마주하는 일측면에 각각 고정되어 하부프레임을 지지하는 제2지지부; 상기 하부프레임의 하단부와 연결부의 후방측 각각에 설치되어 구동부를 외부에 노출되지 않게 하는 커버; 상기 하부프레임의 하단부에 설치되는 커버에 구비되어 개폐커버를 잠금시키는 잠금부;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
