The invention discloses a recycling method of a sulfate process titanium dioxide by-product titanium gypsum and a wall material prepared from the titanium gypsum. The invention belongs to the field of resource recycling. The method comprises steps of dehydration treatment, calcining treatment, fine grinding treatment, compounding treatment, mixing treatment, natural curing and roasting treatment which are carried out on the titanium gypsum. By the method, titanium gypsum is reasonably utilized by modified compounding treatment of titanium gypsum, and the prepared gypsum block wall material meets requirements of performance index, has characteristics of environmental protection and low cost and is suitable for popularization and application.
