Anti-cracking thermal insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-cracking thermal insulation mortar and a preparation method thereof. The anti-cracking thermal insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of portland cement, 3-5 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 20-30 parts of polystyrene foam particles, 26-38 parts of natural pumice, 13-25 parts of expanded perlite, 7-14 parts of polyacrylamide, 8-16 parts of aluminium oxide hollow microspheres, 12-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 4-6 parts of bone glue powder, 3-5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 4-6 parts of superfine molybdenum powder, 6-9 parts of bamboo pulp, 2-4 parts of basic magnesium chloride, 2-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 3-5 parts of nanometre aluminium titanate, 4-6 parts of plant ash, 6-8 parts of additives and an appropriate amount of water. The thermal insulation mortar prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is high in strength, good in thermal insulation effect, good in anti-cracking performance, not liable to bulge and fall off after construction is concluded, not liable to crack, and good in binding force with various wall surfaces.
