The invention discloses a construction method of an anti-cracking inorganic thermal insulation mortar floor. The construction method comprises the following steps that a cement paste layer internally doped with building glue is smeared on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab, and a cement-based inorganic thermal insulation mortar layer is constructed on the cement paste layer; and first type styrene-butadiene emulsion is sprayed on the upper surface of the cement-based inorganic thermal insulation mortar layer to form a thin paste isolation layer, and the first type styrene-butadiene emulsion is prepared from styrene-butadiene emulsion, water, cement and fine sand; and reinforcing mesh binding is conducted on the thin paste isolation layer, a C20 fine aggregate concrete layer is poured, second type styrene-butadiene emulsion is evenly sprayed before initial setting of the C20 fine aggregate concrete layer to form a flexible protection layer, and the second type styrene-butadiene emulsion is prepared from styrene-butadiene emulsion and water. The construction method has the advantages that the effect of slowing down cracks on the surface of the floor is achieved, and the requirement for attractiveness is met.
本发明公开了一种防裂缝无机保温砂浆地坪的施工方法,包括以下步骤:在现浇钢筋混凝土楼板上涂抹一道内掺有建筑胶的水泥浆层,在所述水泥浆层上方施作水泥基无机保温砂浆层;在所述水泥基无机保温砂浆层的上表面喷洒第一型丁苯乳液以形成稀浆隔离层,所述第一型丁苯乳液由丁苯乳液、水、水泥、细沙配制而成;在所述稀浆隔离层上进行钢筋网片绑扎并浇筑C20细石混凝土层,在所述C20细石混凝土层初凝前均匀喷洒第二型丁苯乳液一道以形成柔性保护层,所述第二型丁苯乳液由丁苯乳液和水配制而成。本发明的优点是:拥有减缓地坪表面裂缝的效果,并达到美观要求。
