The invention discloses a KY inorganic foaming heat-insulating plate and a preparation method thereof. The KY inorganic foaming heat-insulating plate is prepared from master materials and auxiliary materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the master materials as well as other auxiliary materials except for water and a foaming agent into a stirring machine in sequence according to parts by weight, conducting mechanical stirring while adding the raw materials, uniformly mixing, then adding water according to parts by weight, stirring for 2-3 min to form uniform slurry, then adding the foaming agent according to parts by weight, stirring for 5-10 s, and finally pouring the uniformly stirred slurry into a mould for foaming so as to obtain the KY inorganic foaming heat-insulating plate through maintenance and aftertreatment. The KY inorganic foaming heat-insulating plate prepared through the method is efficient in fireproof and heat-insulating performance, good in product hydrophobicity, low in volumetric water absorption, small in drying shrinkage value, light in weight, good in ageing resistance and high in bonding strength with the wall, the flame retardancy is greatly improved, the heat conductivity is reduced, the KY inorganic foaming heat-insulating plate can be prepared to take the shape of a flat plate, a curved surface and the like, and load-bearing and heat preservation are integrated.
