Fire-proof and thermal-insulation composite decorating plate for external wall
The invention discloses a fire-proof and thermal-insulation composite decorating plate for an external wall. The decorating plate is composited by two layers; the base layer comprises the following raw materials: magnesium oxide with activity greater than 65%, a 25% magnesium chloride hexahydrate agent, 250-mesh talcum powder, foam with particle size of 0.3-0.5mm, a 4mm short carbon fiber, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a universal magnesite modification agent and a special additive for a magnesite external wall plate; the raw materials are stirred into pulp; four layers of glass fiber cloth are internally arranged and pressed into a substrate by four times; and the surface layer comprises the following raw materials: magnesium oxide with the activity greater than 65%, a 23% magnesium chloride hexahydrate agent, a universal magnesite modification agent, butylbenzene emulsion, 325-mesh talcum powder, 150-mesh glass bead powder and a 4mm short carbon fiber. The decorating plate is lightweight, fire-proof, energy-saving, weather-resistant and acid-alkali resistant.
