The invention provides a microwave rotating magnetic-dielectric composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of materials. The microwave rotating magnetic-dielectric composite ceramic material comprises 35-50wt% of microwave rotating magnetic phase LZTF and 50-65wt% of microwave dielectric phase LZT, wherein the microwave rotating magnetic phase LZTF is Li0.43Zn0.27Ti0.13Fe2.17O4, and the microwave dielectric phase LZT is Li2ZnTi3O8. The composite material provided by the invention has the characteristics of low coercivity, small ferromagnetic resonance line width and high saturation magnetization as well as the characteristics of low dielectric constant, high quality factor and low temperature coefficient; and an effective solution is provided for high-frequency, wide-frequency and miniaturization development of LTCC components.
