Preparation method of refractory brick for hot-blast furnaces
The invention discloses a preparation method of a refractory brick for hot-blast furnaces, relating to the technical field of manufacturing of refractory materials. The refractory brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of alumina clinker, 15-20 parts of silicon carbide powder, 10-15 parts of silicon nitride powder, 20-30 parts of magnesite and 5-8 parts of pulp waste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning, mixing, standing, blank making, drying and firing to obtain the refractory brick for hot-blast furnaces. Compared with the prior art, the refractory brick has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high compressive strength, favorable thermal shock resistance and longer service life, and can not easily crack when being used as a refractory brick for hot-blast furnaces.
