The preparation process comprises the steps of mixing bauxite clinker, zircon sand, flint clay, silicon carbide, electric melting white corundum particles, andalusite micro powder and the like, conducting the compression formation, conducting the high temperature burning, and obtaining the red bricks. The red bricks have the advantages that corrosive gas and liquid generated by burning garbage (household garbage, industrial wastes and municipal sludge) are prevented from eroding the refractory materials, and the service cycle is prolonged; thermal insulation layer refractory materials at positions such as a decomposition furnace are protected or substituted; a cylindrical body is protected, and the corrosion-resistant red bricks are simple in process and high in performance cost ratio.
