The invention discloses a health rubber floor and a processing technique thereof. The floor is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of chloroprene rubber, 3-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 23-30 parts of carbon black, 23-30 parts of white carbon black, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1 part of an accelerant, 2-5 parts of an antiager, 1.2-1.6 parts of isothiazolinone, 0.8-1.3 parts of calcium hypochlorite and 0.8-1.3 parts of an anionic powder, wherein the anionic powder is further added, so that the floor is capable of automatically releasing 100-10000 anions per cm<3>, and the generated anions directly enter a human body through the breathing of the human body to play the roles of cleaning the respiratory tract and improving the respiratory function. The floor is more suitable for being applied in the places of hospitals, restaurants and the like, and more beneficial to the health of people.
