The invention relates to the field of civil engineering foundation construction, in particular to a self-locking secondary grouting formwork for a high-level independent foundation. The self-locking secondary grouting formwork is characterized by comprising four formwork sets, and every two formwork sets are rotationally connected through two hinges to form a formwork combination; each formwork set comprises a laminated wooden formwork body and a steel angle arranged at the bottom of the laminated wooden formwork body, wherein a rubber seal strip is arranged between the steel angle and the laminated wooden formwork body; the two formwork combinations are connected in an inserted mode through U-shaped pieces and bolts, wherein the U-shaped pieces and the bolts are arranged at the edges of the laminated wooden formwork bodies and the ends of the steel angles respectively. Batten back arris and inclined struts are replaced by own rigidity of the formwork and a self-locking device, and the workload of secondary grouting formwork erecting for the high-level independent foundation is greatly reduced.
