The invention aims to provide a water tank for a kitchen which is difficult to generate retention of vegetable dregs on a bottom surface of the water tank and can realize improvement of comfort and sweeping performance of a user. The structure of the water tank for the kitchen (water tank (100)) is characterized by having an inclined plane (110) which is towards the front side and is inclined downwards in a depth direction, a drainage port (120) which is configured along a side edge (112b) of the inclined plane (110), and an induction groove (130) which extends along the side edge (112b) from an edge part (a front end part (112a)) of a front side of the inclined plane (110) and continues to the drainage port (120).
