The left sides of the belt wheel cavities extend into the cleaning table. No other power source is used, the device is driven to move through the impact force of drainage, meanwhile, the inner wall of a drainage pipeline is scrubbed every time drainage is conducted, and the situation that dirt is accumulated for a long time and gets smelly is prevented; and meanwhile, impurities entering the drainage pipeline through a filter plug are prevented from remaining in the pipeline to deteriorate and breed bacteria.
