Method for assembling laminated steel-lead bearing with prefabricated cutting lead plates
The invention relates to a method for assembling a laminated steel-lead bearing with prefabricated cutting lead plates and belongs to the field of seismic isolation technologies. The laminated steel-lead bearing mainly comprises an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, as well as the lead plates and thin steel plates, which are stacked together between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate alternately. During assembly, the lead plates are correspondingly embedded into first grooves and second grooves in the upper and lower cover plates and the thin steel plates and temporarily fixed by in-and-out bolts. By adoption of the method, the steel plates provide a cyclo-hoop effect for the lead plates, so that radial expansion deformation of the pressed lead plates is restricted, and meanwhile, owing to the superior plastic property of lead, an efficient energy-dissipating capacity is provided in case of deformation in the horizontal direction. Through increase of the horizontal sizes and the number of the laminated lead plates, the horizontal large deformation goal can be easily achieved. The assembled bearing has relatively big vertical bearing capacity and vertical stiffness, and stable energy-dissipating capacity and large deformation ability in the horizontal direction.
