The invention discloses an opening and closing film roof with lower pull cables. The opening and closing film roof comprises a plane folding net frame driven by a driving cable. The plane folding net frame comprises parallelly arranged main trusses and parallelly arranged rigid pressure bar modules connected between the adjacent main trusses. Rhombic units are formed between the two adjacent main trusses and the two adjacent rigid pressure bar modules, an opening and closing film unit is arranged with the upper surface of each rhombic unit as a support and formed by a vertical rod on the central axis, two pull cables and a film material, the vertical rod is located at the center of the rhombic unit, the other ends of the two pull cables are connected with two distance-reducing nodes in the net frame folding process, and the lower portion of the film material is respectively fixed on four nodes of the rhombic unit. The opening and closing film roof is telescopic through the plane folding net frame; an opening and closing film structure with the lower pull cables is adopted on the upper portion of the opening and closing film roof, so that the net frame is freely telescopic, and the opening and closing film roof is rational in structure, simple in design and construction and particularly suitable for medium and small span buildings.
